Short answer
Sterling is an independent, assessment-only mold and moisture company serving Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast. We inspect, investigate, test when warranted, and verify remediation — but we never perform the remediation, which keeps our findings free of conflict.
We built Sterling around one idea: the company telling you how much work your property needs shouldn't be the company that profits from doing it. That independence changes everything — what we recommend, how we report, and whose interests we serve.
Our focus is building science and moisture. Mold doesn't appear without water, so we spend our energy finding where moisture comes from and where it goes. That's the work that actually resolves a problem — and prevents it from coming back.
